This custom box is an alternative to purchasing a pre-made meal box or building your own box from the trail foods listed on this website. We are offering this custom box to accomodate people who want unique or specific items in their resupply box.
When ordering a custom box please write your shopping list of what you want in your box, in the order notes. We will invoice you the exact amount it costs us to purchase these supplies (see below for more information).
This service is avalible to ensure items able to be packed in resupply parcels are not limited to the products we have listed on our website.
For $30 will purchase supplies, pack and then deliver your resupply box. Save time and get your re-supply boxes planned ahead of time!
This service is seperate to creating your own box via purchasing the trail foods avalible on this website.
For clarity: you can request ANY long life / shelf stable products (not limited to products listed on our store) to be included in your parcel. Please note:
- Gas cannisters must be sent separately to food products and therefore it is reccomended you purchase gas in towns that you pass through as opposed to ordering them through us. We can send gas for you but this will cost more as we will need to send it as a seperae package.
- We can only pack and deliver long life and shelf stable products.
Please write what you want in your re-supply box in the order notes and include you estimated collection date.
Upon paying the service fee of $30 we will invoice you the full cost of your supplies plus shipping.
- We guarantee our invoice to you will reflect the true retail price paid for your goods – we will send you a copy of the purchase receipt as proof of this.
- We guarantee not to make a profit on the retail price paid to acquire your supplies.
This is because, we want to ensure you pay the true price for food, are not subject to inflated costs in rural towns and are able to source whatever items your need, while on your adventure.

- Boyle River Outdoor Education Centre = $20
- St Arnaud = $26
- Havelock Holiday Park = $26
- Birchwood (down south) = $32
PLEASE NOTE:
- Your invoice must be paid within one week of us emailing it to you. Your parcel will only be delivered once this invoice is paid.
PLEASE INCLUDE IN THE ORDER COMMENTS:
- Your full grocery / supplies list
- The address you want the parcel dropped to.
- When you want the parcel delivered by.
At this stage will only pack items that are shelf stable and in their original packaging. Currently we cannot pack fresh foods or unwrapped items. Grab your fresh foods from town stores.
We highly recommend cucumber or bell peppers, which both lasts well while hiking, and a block of cheese to compliment you meals!

Please Note:
We require that full payment for your parcel (including the invoiced cost of your supplies) be made at least two weeks in advance on the expected pick-up date. It is likely your parcel will be delivered within the week, we are just being overly cautious as we test things out over our first season operating. We will work to get your box sent ASAP but will not be liable for any expenses resulting from boxes that are not delivered within Two Working Weeks of your invoices paid date. The service fee ($30) is non-refundable, and we expect to receive payment for your supplies within one week us invoicing you, if you do not pay or we do not hear from you within one week, your order will be canceled. You will receive the invoice for your supplies via email and can pay using debt or credit card through a secure payment platform offered by STRIPE. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions 🙂
