The PURE Electrolyte Hydration Sachets, when mixed with water, help replace the electrolytes you lose during exercise and sweating in a low carb (low sugar), no-nasties drink flavoured with real freeze-dried berry powder and juice. Each sachet has enough powder to make up a 750ml serve.

No artificial colours or preservatives.
Formulated with the electrolytes sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium to help replace electrolytes lost during exercise and sweating.
