• To rehydrate:
  • Open the pack
  • Add 300ml (1.2 cups) of boiling water to rehydrate and mix thoroughly (30 seconds)
  • Reseal and wait until rehydrated (10 minutes)
  • Enjoy!

• The “numbers” in the ingredients list on Real Meals labels replace the chemical or common name of particular food additives. They don’t actually add these things themselves. They come with some of the ingredients used, for example, coconut cream, curry paste, ice cream etc. These are used in most products to enhance the colour, flavour, texture or prevent food from spoiling and are not a new thing, as additives have been used for centuries. The numbers come from a standardised list created in the 1960s in Europe (so also known as ‘E-numbers’).
