Meal Ideas
Tomato Rice and Olives with Tuna.
Ingredients:
- One packet of Uncle Bens Rice.
- One packet of seasoned olives.
- One packet of tomato pizza paste.
- One can of Tuna. (Buy HERE). – Skip this if you are vegetarian or do not want to support the fishing of Tuna.
- Dried Tomatoes, Mushrooms or Peas
This meal we put together two weekends ago when we went to Tarn Hut in Lees Valley (See Here).
Ramen Bomb
Ingredients:
- One packet of two minute noodles / ramen.
- Potato Flakes.
- Add some red split lentils (They only take a few minutes to boil and are a great source of protein).
BOOM!
This is a quick and easy way to bulk up your two minute noodles / ramen. The ramen packet brings the flavour. The lentils and potato flakes bring in the carbs and protein.
Asian soup with peas.
Ingredients:
- Trident Soup Packet (Luksa or Tom Yum) Buy HERE.
- Redsplit Lentils (Buy HERE).
- Dried Peas (Buy HERE).
This soup is delicious. This is a belly warming meal, perfect for an easy cook up after a big days mission.
